Unser EU PRIMA-Projekt (PRIMA programme is supported by Horizon 2020, the European Union’s Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.) zum Thema "Oli4food - Microbial resources for a sustainable olive oil system and a healthier Mediterranean food: from by-products to functional food" ist zum 01.06.2023 gestartet.
Das Verbundprojekt besteht aus 9 Partnern aus 6 Ländern. Koordinatorin des Projektes ist Prof.in Esra Capanoglu, die im August an der LUH im Rahmen ihres Georg Forster-Forschungspreises der Alexander von Humboldt-Stiftung für ein Jahr forschen wird.
