Our EU PRIMA project (PRIMA programme is supported by Horizon 2020, the European Union's Framework Programme for Research and Innovation.) on the topic "Oli4food - Microbial resources for a sustainable olive oil system and a healthier Mediterranean food: from by-products to functional food" started on 01.06.2023.


The joint project consists of 9 partners from 6 countries. The coordinator of the project is Prof. Esra Capanoglu, who will be conducting research at LUH for one year in August as part of her Georg Forster Research Award from the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
